FLYPRO.com provides a 30-day hassle-free return policy for standard stock goods (excluding consumables) for refund or exchange after you receive the goods, buyers need to bear the local return freight; No reason return and refund will not be accepted for consumables and customized Goods, unless they're defective on arrival.

The Goods without customization, including but not limited to Transceivers, Direct Attach Cables, Active Optical Cables, Media Converter, CWDM, DWDM, Passive Components, Fiber Tester
Unacceptable Consumables for return or refund.
Consumable items are mainly patch cables and MPO/MTP
We provide replacement or repair for the defective Goods within warranty period. The deficiency must be due to manufacturing, not by the customer's wrong operation, in this case we may pay the freight charges if we confirm that after we receive and check the returned goods. In other cases, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returns.
They could be considered for repair at a reasonable rate or a reduced price for a replacement piece If the Goods are out of warranty period. In this case you are responsible for the round trip freight and customs duties.
