PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops. Select PayPal as your payment method when you check out. Then you will be redirected to PayPal via a secure online connection where you can complete the payment. You can make your payments either by Credit Card, Debit Card or the balance of your paypal account.

Under some particular circumstances, your payment may need to be reviewed or further processed. The process may take 3-5 working days and your order will remain in a pending status during this period. You may check the order status a few days later.

We accept Visa and Master Card. We do not add any Credit Card surcharges. However, transaction fee might be charged by issuing bank. You may contact your bank to know more about it.

FLYPRO.com reserves the right to cancel any order that is recognized as a security problem without notifying you.

Orders by Credit Card can only be made by the cardholder himself. For security reasons, the payment method - Credit Card is only possible with online orders, because only this way a pre-authorization with checking of various security features can take place to protect against card misuse.

Security and privacy are of utmost importance when handling credit card information. We do not store any of your credit card information to ensure your data is safe and private.

Kindly Note: The maximum amount for one order using a credit card is US$3,000.00 (other currencies will be converted based on the exchange rate). If the maximum amount is exceeded, the credit card option in the payment method will become unavailable. You can split the order into multiple orders and then place them again.

Usually, funds will be received between 1-3 working days. Before that, your order will remain in pending status. If you need the product(s) urgently, you might choose other payment options like credit card or PayPal.

Kindly Note: All fees charged by the bank due to Bank Transfer should be paid by the buyer. Otherwise, the fee will be deducted from the payment that we receive. Please remark your invoice number when you process the payment. Or please send us the T/T payment advice note with the date and invoice number by an email to info@flypro.com.

Purchase Order

Purchase Order

You can choose PO payment as long as you have an approved credit account in FLYPRO.com, such as Net 30 account. FLYPRO.com will process offline purchase orders upon approval currently. Then, you can remit the payment accordingly for the order within the agreed period from the date of delivery.

For offline purchase order payment, you need to talk out every single details about purchasing with our account manager.

Before all of these, you may submit a Credit Application.

The currency you use for payment is determined by the currency you select and the payment method you choose. You can change the default currency by clicking on the top right corner of the FLYPRO.com website and then selecting the currency you wish to pay in.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery service?

Sorry, we do not offer cash on delivery. When placing an order at FLYPRO.com, you can pay via multiple payment methods, including Paypal, Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transferh and Purchase Order.

Why are some payment methods unavailable?

Possible reasons:

1. Unsupported Countries. Available payment methods depend primarily on the country of the shipping address. Some payment methods may not be available to buyers in a certain country.

2. The maximum credit card limit for one order is US$3,000.00 (other currencies will be converted based on the exchange rate). If the maximum limit is exceeded, you can split the order into multiple orders and place them again.

Can I re-pay for an unpaid order?

Yes, you can re-pay for your unpaid order.

Payments that have not been completed can be found in Track My Order. Please go to Track My Order > Select the relevant order > Retry payment.

How do I know if my payment was successful?

Once payment is received, you will receive an email that your order has been paid, and you can also check the status of your order in Track My Order.

Why was my credit card declined?

A: 

If you are unable to checkout using your credit card, this may be due to transaction restrictions, card errors, unaccepted cards or restrictions due to card misuse.

To find out why your card was initially declined, simply contact your bank. They should be able to help. If the problem cannot be resolved in a short period of time, try paying again using another card (if you have one). Alternatively, you can consider changing to a different payment method.
